Hire Charges

The main Hall is a large open space that benefits from plenty of natural day light. Bifold doors lead onto a patio area that overlooks a large open field.  

A fully equipped kitchen is accessed directly from the hall.  

The hall has been upgraded to include  audio-visual facilities that can be used for film nights, presentations/talks and conferencing. Please ask for more details when booking.

Measurements: 6m x 15m.

First 1 or 2 Hours -  £15 per hour.  

Day rates/longer periods by negotiation.

The meeting room is a private self-contained space that is ideal for small groups activities and meetings.  It has a small kitchen area suitable for making tea and coffee.  French doors lead out to the side of the building and car park via a disabled access pathway. 

 Use of the meeting room does not include access to and use of any other area of the building except toilets of course. 

Measurements: 'L' Shaped meeting room giving 24 sqm of usable space.

The CHaT Room or Community Hub and Ty Cafarfod, is an informal and versatile space that can be used for coffee mornings and small group activities. 

This area is directly connected to the kitchen which can be used if required. It also has its own disabled access W.C. with baby changing facilities. 

Measurements: 'L' shaped room with accessible toilet off. Area 24 sqm in total with approximately 18 sqm of usable space.  

First 1 or 2 Hours -  £15 per hour.

The hall is ideally situated off the A40/Brecon Road.  This makes it ideal for outdoor sales.  It is currently hired for tools and plants sales.

 £30 morning and/or afternoon

The hall can be hired as individual rooms or as a whole depending on the size of the party.  Generally, the main hall is hired for children's parties with use of the kitchen. 

 £60 3-4 hours

  £125 weekend events for full evening with set up time and clearing away time included. 

Rates are by negotiiation for hire of the the whole building and car park.
